  • 11 test benches suitable for Hydropneumatic and gas test from ½” up to 80” valves and class ANSI 4500.
  • 2 off 3 heads testing bench suitable to test from 1” to 6” 1500 class (Hydro and gas test).

 

 

 

special test area
  • 15 test benches suitable for Hydraulic tests up to 3000 Barg and Gas tests up to 1600 Barg from ½” up to 120” included.
  • 3 Test benches (from 6 to 15 meters long) fully equipped for stress tests (Bending moment, Tensile test and Torsional tests).
  • 1 Sand Slurry Test Rig designed fully in accordance with API 14D / ISO 10423 Specifications for the verification / validation of the valve design in wearing conditions.
  • 1 Cv Test Rig designed fully in accordance with ISA S75-02-1996 Specification for the verification / validation of the theoretical valve Cv.
  • 4 Test Rigs in a dedicated safety area designed and equipped for the testing of the valves for Hydrofluoridic Service.
  • 10 Test Rigs designed and equipped for the LT tests (up to -50 °C).
  • 1 Test Rig in a dedicated safety area designed and equipped for the Cr yogenic tests (up to -196 °C).
  • 18 Test Rigs designed and equipped for the High temperature tests.
  • 1 Fire Safe Test Plant according to BS6755 Part 2.
  • 2 Hyperbaric test chambers to simulate up to 5000 mt water depth.
