​The Board of Directors of PetrolValves S.p.A. appointed the new Supervisory Board pursuant to Italian Decree Law 231/2001, with the aim of supervising the functioning, the effectiveness, the adequacy, the compliance and updating of the Organisation, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company pursuant to Italian Decree Law 231/2001.

The Supervisory Board, which will remain in office for three financial years, namely until the approval of the Financial Statements as of November 30th 2023, is now composed of the following independent members:

• Professor Andrea Lionzo – President
• Lawyer Antonio Carino
• Lawyer Massimo Di Terlizzi

The appointment of the Supervisory Board enables the Company to further strengthen its internal control and governance system in the interest of all stakeholders.
