AFTER SALES ENGINEER INTERN

PetrolValves is an international company with headquarters in Italy and branch offices worldwide. The company manufactures Specialty Valves and Actuators for the Oil & Gas industry. Over many years, it has established a lead in the field by offering customized solutions with high technology and innovation content. It is looking for: AFTER SALES ENGINEER INTERN.

The candidate, during the training, will have the opportunity to know the business, the company structure and the major internal processes. He/She will work in the After Sales Department in order to support the team in various activities.

Support the correct progress of the processes related to the After Sales & Spare Parts services, related to the orders, from the acquisition of them until their complete processing;
support the After Sales office in extrapolating data relating to the office itself through the use of internal management programs and Excel and processing tables, graphs and statistics relating to the data;
assist the product delivery process and monitor the expected payment terms;
collaborate in drafting the documentation related to the After Sales service which has to be shared and sent to the Customer

The candidate has a degree in engineering, preferably management engineering, no previous experience is required.

Strongly interested in playing a role where the technical aspects and the relationship with the Customer are equally manned, he/she is predisposed to listening and attentive to the needs of the Customer and shows a spirit of initiative and concreteness in solving the problems. The use of fluent English, spoken and written, is a prerequisite together with a good knowledge of the main IT applications.
