In relation to press reports published today regarding the involvement of PetrolValves SpA in an enlarged investigation by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Milan, we inform you that none of the current directors and managers are addressees of the investigation, which instead involves individuals who have not held any role in the Company for some time. PetrolValves SpA remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authority for any useful investigation in full transparency that has always characterized the current management.

In relazione alle notizie diffuse in data odierna, in merito al coinvolgimento anche di Petrolvalves SpA in un’inchiesta della Procura di Milano, si precisa che gli attuali esponenti della Società non risultano coinvolti nell’indagine, la quale allo stato investe soggetti che da tempo non rivestono più qualifica alcuna nel Gruppo Petrolvalves. PetrolValves SpA continuerà a collaborare con l’Autorità Giudiziaria nella piena trasparenza che contraddistingue l’attuale gestione.
